Your Dream Home

Home is a place where we build memories. Memories with our loved ones. We all have an ideal dream home. Who doesn’t want to have their own home? I bet, none.

Buying a home is a lifetime investment. There are things we need to consider before deciding to get and buy it.

When purchasing your dream home, a corner lot may be worth consideration. A corner lot provides more curbside parking. That extra space could be a big advantage when you entertain visitors and family, or if you want space for a recreational vehicle.

The kitchen is the heart of the home because food has such an important role to play in our lives. This is where we spend our time preparing something that we can share with our loved ones. The kitchen is where families spend a significant amount of time. Much of that time may be spent rushing around trying to get ready for a new day each morning. It’s nice if you have a beautiful, neat kitchen.

And of course, after a long tiring day from work, it would be nicer if you can come home and relax in your own house! Having a nice view is a bonus! Would it be wonderful if you have an Unbelievable overlook into a pond?

Bloomington becomes established as a Minneapolis suburb during the housing boom following WW II.  The Eastern end of the city is comprised of modest housing on tree lined streets in tidy neighborhoods. West Bloomington development took off in the 70’s and is comprised of more upscale and expensive homes.

How is it like living here? While employment opportunities often play a big part in why people move, a city’s unemployment rate also is a major indicator of an economy’s overall health. Regardless of whether personal employment is a factor, lower unemployment rates often mean a region is better able to attract and retain skilled workers, new industries, and retailers.
